Shipping: How much does it cost

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How Long Does Shipment Take? :

All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days. At checkout, choose the shipment method of your choice.

You will receive a tracking number via E-mail once your order has been shipped.

US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) – *This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) *Ships the same day if placed by 12PM Est. on business days

International and Canadian Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

 

RETURNS

Our Return Policy does not apply to Clearance items.

Only Store Credit or Exchange for items returned within  5 days of delivery

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

Please contact us email or phone within 3 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase, and note the designer name, new style, color, size requested and your wear date.

Domestic Customers
If you received free domestic ground shipping on your order, a $10 shipping cost will be deducted from your processed exchange. Please note that you will still qualify for free standard shipping on any new order over $300.
Please ship your return within 3 days of receiving your RA #.
International Customers
Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any remaining balance will be stored as credit; balance cannot be converted to refund. Our Store Credit never expires.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

Please contact us by chat, email or phone, within 5 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please indicate that you want to receive a Store Credit. A Store Credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.
